we are influenced by anything real, by that which helps us love, and by that which we can feel. we have all been touched and moved by music in many different, unique ways. it is this collective energy born from the individual growth, love, and expression of its members that has become the very essence of Mökshya.

Mokshya is more than just music, it’s a movement. We were brought together by love and desire for change, and bound by the "lovelution" and its goal. We believe we can make a difference, and we want nothing more than to do so. If you too still have hope, help us cause the change we seek.
VIVA LA LOVELUTION!!!
"They are gonna knock everyone on their asses with their powerful music. This band is taking protest music to a whole new level.

"Mökshya is a hindi term that means "the dance of enlightenment", or refers to the exact moment of personal enlightenment. After experiencing the full blasts of mokshya's progressive metal tilt the floor of a live show, the term starts making perfect sense."
Stephanie Flood - Flagstaff Live
"Mökshya deserves credit for taking such an ambitious approach to their music, as well as a thought provoking, no holds barred approach to their lyrics.....guitar riffs best described as majestic."
John Larson - Tacoma Weekly
"Thanks guys for the opportunity and allowing me the privilege to record your set. That was incredible. I'm fairly hard to impress these days but I must admit about 20 minutes in I went to the merch table and purchased the disc and t-shirt, and the disc hasn't left my car in about 20 rotations. You are all truly great people. VIVA LA LOVELUTION!!!"
Jim Cockrill - Tacoma, Washington
" The music swells, the time and tempo changes and the vocals go from soft, almost spoken, to enraged in the blink of an eye.............. Many of the conversations outside revolved around what we had just witnessed inside, many seeming just as impressed as I was at seeing Mökshya's performance, hearing there great music and seeing one of the best and most unique stage set up's I've seen from a local act in a very long.

I found it most entertaining how that one guy would use "big" words to get his point across, which was valid, but then ended it with a "Go fuck yourself." Its the attempt at a mature, civil, arguement that he ended in an adolescent manner that made me laugh. Facts are facts, its true he WAS never acquited of his wrong-doings. But why, if you're truely innocent, would you cut a twenty million dollar check to hasten the case to closure? I respect the man for his career and what he accomplished throughout, but, as with most of your topics of conversation, will people not question anything?
LoL, I understand completely. It's just so hard to piss anyone off anymore. Most choose apathy over retaliation. I hope you can consider this experiment at least a partial success. You're a skillful puppeteer.
And geeze, look at us in Arizona... We're 48th (Last time I checked) on the list for education funding in the country; as a high school student, I feel that. And when funding is low, what are the first classes to be cut? The arts, of course. Music classes, theater classes, photography classes... Creativity is being stunted.
Oh man... Some people are such idiots. We live in a society where we are opiated by everything... Trite, stupid things.
Intelligence is so downplayed. People don't realize that your mind is absolutely the most vital belonging you have.
Mmm. I have a quote you might like.
"History doesn't repeat itself, but it sure as hell rhymes."
