About me:

My name is Molly and I first showed up in my Forever Home's backyard in March 2008, when I discovered food that was being put out for a possum. I started coming every night to eat the food before the possum arrived. Soon I found that a plate was being put out for me, too. Then one night, I showed up outside their back door and just sat and stared at it until they noticed me. And that's when they fell for me!

One evening in June, I brought my three adorable kittens to visit. At that point, I was still frightened and not very sociable, but the humans started making inquiries about how to rescue and save us. In the meantime, they'd put food out every evening and bring little packages upstairs with them, so that the "buffet" could be replenished until they went to bed (around 3AM).

In late July, a rescue, Saved Whiskers Rescue, on MySpace lent the humans traps and they caught all of us in three nights. Then we all were spayed/neutered, deflead, tested and received our shots.

Even before we were caught, I was allowing the humans to kneel next to me and spoon food onto my plate while I ate. And I let them near my kittens, too, plus I even brought them to the back door one night! So I adjusted to the "Good Life" relatively quickly once I arrived inside!

As I type this, I am happily living with my three kittens, Creampuff (girl), Cubby (boy) and Cupcake (girl) in a big two-story house. We share our home with our Staff, um, I mean humans, and four Dachshunds. In order to protect their little Doxie backs, they live downstairs, so we are free to roam upstairs. Life is good!
