I have many many different interests.
First and foremost, my children. They are my life. Every breath I breathe and everything I do is for the three of them.
Some of my other interests include; writing, of course. Without it I would probably die. It is the only way to disperse the intense emotions and feelings within my soul. I live to write, and write to live.
I've beem writing since age 11, and have found it the most useful tool in finding out who I really am. Life is nothing but a journey for us all, and I believe that the work never ends. What is most important is that we find ourselves and be comfortable in our own skin. So far, it has not proven to be an easy task for me, but it's one that I continue because each small piece of knowledge and acceptance in self and in others that I find , is so very rewarding.

Everything from classical to techno to heavy metal, and like everything else in my life...it all depends on my "mood".
Movies
I like the kind of movies that make you think...the kind that leave you feeling as though you've been given some sort of message. I am kinda strange like that. I search for the message in everything. I strongly believe that without a message or a reason, that life just doesn't have any purpose.
Television
ummm...what's a television???...
I spend most of my time working or doing other things. I seldom get a chance to watch T.V. I am sooo NOT a couch potato, and want to smack people in the head with the remote who are, and yes, in MY house...I control the remote. =)
However, if I am "in the mood", I do sometiomes watch a 'lil bit. Usually that depends on whether or not I can be still long enough. I have been known to get up and leave the room right in the middle of a movie just because I cannot be still.
When I do find something that I am totally into and totally interested in...the following ALWAYS seems to happen; SOMEONE ALWAYS TRIES TO TALK TO ME DURING THE SHOW!!!
And I have this GREAT HUGE pet peeve. Actually, I have many pet peeves, but this one is at the top of the list, DO NOT TALK TO ME WHILE I AM TRYING TO WATCH A MOVIE...EVER!!! If the house is on fire, yes, by all means tell me, but otherwise: STFU!!!

BOOKS SCHMOOKS! If I can't learn anything useful from it, I don't care to read it.
Heroes
I have no heroes except Christ himself, though I do admire many people for being strong in the face of hardship.

I am EXTREMELY intense in all that I do, in all that I think, in all that I say...whether it be good,bad or indifferent.
Sometimes it comes back to bite me in the ass every once in a while, but I am who I am, and I'm completely okay with that.
I absolutely love life.
I embrace each challenge and/or obstacle that comes my way.
I live only in the moment,because the moment is truly all that I have, and nothing else really matters.
I've come to the conclusion that the ONLY important things in life are that... (#1. I am okay being me.) And, (#2. I somehow convey that lesson to my own children, and also to as many as will take the time to listen.)
There is no greater reward than learning to love yourself for who you are.
After that, everything else just seems to fall right into place.
I am no quitter.
I am a survivor in every sense of the word.
I am as forgiving and honest as they come.
I will not pretend, and I refuse to settle or allow obstacles in life to get in my way of achieving the mental balance I desire.
I work dilegently and with much hope to someday accomplish breaking the cycle of negative thinking that has ran rampid in my family for generations.
I believe I was put here for a reason and a purpose.
I strive on a daily basis to be a better person and strongly believe in teaching what I've learned and discovered along life's journey to all those that have an ear to listen.
I believe in God, and have no doubt that even through the most difficult times in my life, He has always been there.
I could waste a lot of my time by wallowing in self pity and questioning why bad things happen to good people, but I choose not to.
My struggles and hardships have made me who I am today, and I wouldn't trade a single one of them.
I do my very best to stay focused on the 'bigger picture'.
I believe I go through tribulations in order to better learn how to overcome them, and so that I may be as a living testimony and a light of hope to others.
Some people, (mainly those who do not know me), would perceive me as arrogant and self righteous, but truly, I am not. Once you get to know me, you will realize quickly, just how self-sacrificing and strong-spirited I truly am.
I simply believe in my heart of hearts that I am chosen for a higher purpose, and fully intend to come as close as humanly possible to discovering exactly what that purpose is.
I also remain strong-minded, and willing to go to any lengths in order to gain a deeper knowledge of the meaning of life itself, which I believe is "To Love and Be Loved".
I will always be driven to experience life to the fullest.
My determination often intimidates those I come into contact with.
I may sometimes come off like a 'know-it-all', but I believe myself to be no better than anyone else.
I fight to face myself and my own fears and defects of character, every single day of my life.
I've come a very long way on this journey and have a long way to go.
My greatest wish is to touch as many lives as possible along the way by sharing my experience, strength, and hope to all those I come into contact with.
I will trudge this road to a happy destiny, and I will carry with me, my testimony, and 'The Message' of hope everywhere I go, come what may.

If it's distempra there's nothing you can do. If one dog gets it the rest ususally get it too and you can't have dogs in the same place again later because they will get it too. I'm soooo sorry this has happened to you. That's why you get the shots for them when they're puppies and keep up with the shots to keep them from getting such stuff...I don't know what I'd do if something happened to my little Rusty ...I hate to see you all go through this...I love you...MOM
