This latest project Momma Gravy is a Joining together of friends Dj Bobby Beige and Remko Schouten(Sound Engineer and Head Honcho of Ijland studios Amsterdam).The first Momma Gravy album Dribble It On came out on Pork Recordings alongside two 12" from the Album also on Pork www.pork.co.uk. The Second Momma Gravy album Adios appeared on Different Drummer records from Birmingham www.diffdrum.co.uk! Remko Schouten from Venlo,Netherlands has also done front of house sound for the bands Pavement,Fila Brazillia,Joy Zipper and Centomatic to name but a few over the last 15 years he now runs his own studio in Amsterdam recording many up and coming bands http://www.ijlandstudio.nl Dj Bobby Beige from Kingston Upon Hull UK,has produced under different names for a number of years with a number of friends and has been djing now for over 15 years which has taken him all over europe and the world and all to play gay disco!He also compiled and mixed Fabric18 with Steve Cobby(Fila Brazillia)and Bliss from Baby Mammoth label of the club night in London! You can look at most of the releases Bobby Beige has had out from 1994 till now on www.discogs.com/artist/bullitnuts/.Bullitnuts was the work of Bobby Beige and Murray"Leggobeast"Clarke and they released 3 albums for the Pork label between 1996 and 1999 1st Of The Day,Nutroast and A Different Ball Game.They also did remixes for a variety of artists during this period such as Tosca, Natacha Atlas and Jimpster. Momma Gravy are currently working on a 3rd album in Amsterdam watch this space for more deatails ! Adios!
