She was born in Japan, studied in Sanfransisco, and She moved to Thailand. She was the original member of Thailand based multi-cultual Electro-Punk band Futon. known as Momoko Futon as a singer/songwriter/keybordist since 2003.
Futon debut withe a song "I wanna be your Dog"( Iggy pop's electro cover).
The band released Three albums with her and an album realesed in Japanese Record label Avextrax in 2006.
a song from the album " High" was coverd by Japanese singer Maki Nomiya(Pizzicato Five) in her album "Party People".
Momoko left the band in 2006 after the Futon's 3rd album's recording.
She became solo artist as Momokomotion and released the first indie album " Punk in A Coma"(It's not a "Punk muci" album, It's Pop!, yeah.) :-).
a song from the album "TOY" was in the Thailand radio channel 'Fat Radio's Chart.
and the song was used in the Thai's teenager movie made by the Thailand major record label Grammy record.
a song "Ask for the Moon" went in the chart no9 in the same radio chart in Dec 2008.
Momokomotion loves to collaborates with visual/comtemporaly Art artists. Thes are artists she worked togather in 2008--- Japanese Painter Yoshitomo Nara, Thailands cartoonist Wisut Ponnimit, Japanese light designer/Architect Jiro Endo, Autrarian Butoh/Theater artist Anna Voronoff, British video artist Jim brewer(The Human eye corporation), Bangkok's art hotel Reflections Hotel, etc....

アルバム曲”TOY”がタイのファットラジオにてチャートイン。タイの青春映画にて楽曲が使用された。”Beautiful World”がチャートイン。”Ask for the Moon”が現在チャートイン中。
モモコモーションはビジュアル／現代アーティストのコラボレーションが多いことでも知られる。これまで関わったアーティストは、日本を代表する現代美術家の奈良美智、タイの漫画家ウィスットポンニミット、照明／建築家 遠藤治郎、ビジュアルアート集団 ダックユニット、オーストラリア舞台アーティスト アナ ボロノフ、バンコクのアートホテル リフレクションズホテルなど。
