Ramona Steiner, voc, ist monchee. Gleichzeitig ist das der Name des Projektes mit Thomas Macher, git und prod. Die Energie des Dancefloors paart sich mit Melodien und Harmonien des Pop. Deren Kind singt in deutscher Sprache - das ist der gemeinsame Ausgangspunkt von monchee.
Mit einem Fuß stehen monchee in der Electronic, im Club, es wird jedoch nichts Ausschließliches vorgegeben. Unkompliziert und genussvoll Musik machen, energetisch performen, lustvolles arbeiten, das sind nicht nur Ziele sondern der Kern von monchee.

Live wird die Musik mit Band umgesetzt, ist roher, ungeschliffener, aber immer groovig, auf Tanzbarkeit ausgelegt und voller Energie.

Yo moncheeasaurus. I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them. What’s Crackin’ monchee ? We’re hitting back our myspace folks to let you know that your prayers have been answered. What prayers, you may ask. Well, today my friends, the good reptiles over at Bossasaurus (namely the ones writing this message) have teamed up with Murs (Living Legends, Def Jux, 9th Wonder, etc.) to, for the first time ever, offer you a taste of our music with an emcee over them.
