General
Running my business, floral design, reading, traveling, dining out and cooking in. Right now I'm into self help cd's and online skills testing. I find them facinating. I think there is always something new to learn. If you aren't learning you might as well be dead.
Music
Being from New Jersey, I'm a big Bruce Springsteen fan. I love everything from Rock to new Age. Right now I am really enjoying Springsteen's new Magic CD. My favorite song is Canon. I don't listen to classical music often but this song always makes me feel good.
Movies
I love most romantic comedies. I can appreciate well made "sad" films but I love feel good movies. It was a made for TV Movie for the BBC but I thought I'd mention Pride and Prejudice. I love the book, the story and the mini series was so well done, I can watch it over and over.
Television
Ok, here's where I'm honest. I have been a Star Trek fan for almost 30 years and I can watch Dawson's Creek episodes over and over. I've always been on Pacey's side. As for current TV, my husband and I love to watch Ghost Hunters. We find it facinating. We enjoy Kyle XY also. I always enjoyed X-Files and am looking forward to the new Joshua Jackson show that sounds like it will be very similar to X-Files.
Books
I love to read. I love reading floral magazines that talk about the business side as well as the design side. I just finished reading all 7 of the Harry Potter books and so now I am hooked on anything Harry Potter. Well better late than never. I'm a quick readers so reading is fun for me.
Heroes
I don't have any heroes really. I admire people who survive against the odds and I admire self made women. Lastly, I admire my brother and sister in law, who have managed to survive the loss of their beautiful daughter who was taken from us just before her 21st birthday. Tina Louise Foster, gone but never, ever forgotten.

About me: I'm the owner, along with my husband Kevin, of Monday Morning Flower and Balloon Co, which is a full service florist with locations in Princeton, New Jersey and Yardley, Pennsylvania. I especially love doing weddings and am honored when families chose our shop for sympathy flowers for their loved one. I currently have over 20 associates working in our shop in the areas of design, sales and delivery. I started the company in 1988 and am proudly celebrating my 20th year in business. My responsibilities at the shop are working with the brides, purchasing all the fresh and hard good products, along with the marketing and advertising of the business. I have as two Associates Degrees in both Management and Small Business Management with a concentration in advertising. My husband and I love to travel and where ever we go, we are sure to visit any local flower shops that we find. We especially enjoy the floral kiosks and markets in Europe and try to use these as inspiration in our own shops.
