Lebowskis has been a home for Improvised and Jazz music in Melbourne since 2004. Originally formed over a beer by Stephen Magnusson and Eugene Ball (in a bowls club - hence the name) Lebowskis is now home to musicians from Melbourne and all over Australia. The idea is this- if you play music with any kind of improvisation involved, we have a place for you to present it.
After nearly 2 years at the Fitzroy Bowls Club Lebowskis moved on to a new venue. We now call Bar 303 home (in High St Northcote). Bar 303 is an icon in the Melbourne live music scene and we are lucky to present Lebowskis every Monday night @ 303 High St Northcote in Melbourne
Entry is $7 and the music usually starts at 9pm.

Little Lebowski’s Urban Achievers
‘Little Lebowski’s Urban Achievers’ is an initiative to support young, up-and-coming musicians of a high standard by giving them the opportunity to perform to an enthusiastic and appreciative audience and be seen and supported by their peers. These gigs are not regularly presented – only young groups of a very high standard are showcased, so come and show your support of new emerging talent!
These performances are showcased at 303 as part of the Lebowski’s series.
