Welcome to Mondo! Mondo is an interdisciplinary, multimedia showcase for some of Chicago?s most interesting talent. We create a space where an audience can come out and experience a plethoric variety of performance and visual art, theatre, music, dance, and whatever else we can fathom. The Viaduct theatre has been hosting Mondo for the last year and we've discovered that each event has a unique schedule that unfolds like rolls of fat being greased for a photo op to keep a captive and returning audience. Mondo also has a dedicated community that helps to pull together each event from setting up and running the show to cleaning up the last bit of blood off of the bar. Most of all, Mondo is a good time for all involved. We attract great artists as well as an inquisitive and respectful audience. And Mondo can only get better! Now artists of all mediums and statures are contacting us. Over the last year, we have built up a good reputation on being organized, sincere, and open-minded. A separate individual books each artistic medium, henceforth, allowing each evening to have a complete spectrum of variety. So come on out and remember to ? Make Your Mind Mondo.?

So, if you have the time to spare (and the $12 cover) you should head to the Double Door (in Chicago) on Thursday August 16th to see some of my new video pieces and drink with me (besides checking out all the other great art and music that's part of the AV XPLO). if you head down to the 8-bit post (natch) they have a picture of me playing at a mondo ...and somehow they had a link (2 days after i finished it) to my newest album already..those wacky germans
