Sounds Like
Different people say different things, one mate thinks it's a bit 'Maroon 5'. I think it sounds 'Old English'. John Anthony who produced Queen, Genesis, The Cars, The Tubes (to name but a few) says, 'This music asks questions that it doesn't answer, I like it'. Another professional friend says, 'The album has warmth and it flows. The music has depth and width. I love it.' The various publishers for the cover versions of 'Chelsea hotel No2' (Sony Canada), 'Dusk' (Carlin/Hit and Run/ Strat Songs), 'You and your sister' (Chris Bell Estate) and 'My friend the sun' (EMI) have allowed publication and written very positive e-mails to my publishing agent about our music. Here's hoping...
Monkey Finger - A band that have come together to record an album of top tunes and arrangements. Tim Odam began the project a couple of years ago and produced demo's which he took to Greg Brooker, producer at Glasstone Studios (in Bath). Greg liked the music and struck a deal with Tim. This deal has taken a long time to complete, however, Tim and Greg are pleased with the results so far.
The album, when complete will be called 'Downtime' and features a collection of original numbers and arrangements of little known songs from other artists.
Watch out for the incredible Cello talents of Bethany Porter, the fabulous Bass playing of Flash Gordon, the amazing guitars of Max Noble (currently on UK Tour with 'The Blue Aeroplanes')... and Tim Odam doing a bit of singing, keys, drums and acoustic.

Mackenzie and Ricky are getting married in May. How have you been doing? We are going Saturday and start looking at dresses. They didn't give me much notice but thats Mackenzie, right? LOL Oh hey! I already took the pics to be printed lol! Some of them were soo freakin hilarious! And i loved the picture of us ... it was sooo cute..so yah, guess what? 'member those surveys i was doing online? well, i got 2 checks so far! told ya it was real!! it aint like a ton of money, just like 175 so far, but its good coin to start with, right? you should really do it, now that i've gotten paid ..i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is:
