Monkey Fist is one of Northeast Oklahoma's
most popular rock bands. Formed in the spring of
2006, this hard rock band quickly became a local
favorite in the bar scene in and around the four
state area. These guys bring record turnouts to
local bars each and every time they play, and now
intend to do so regionally, which will be no
problem for this band.
Monkey Fist has played
along side such popular national acts including
the Wes Jeans Band, Six Foot Landing, Lance Lopez
and more. Monkey Fist delivers straight-edged, modern rock
originals mixed with a southern rock influence. Although
they have tons of original music, they also throw
into the mix some amazing sounding covers by
artists including Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Judas
Priest, and more modern acts like Pantera,
Alice in Chains, and Black Label Society.
