Monkeyshyne is an acoustic/rock band of talent and personality that uses two lead singers to entertain and energize rock fans in Dallas, Texas and surrounding cities with their impressive harmony, bluesy acoustic rock sound and commanding stage presence. Their strong fan following has grown with each and every appearance over the past few years. The band is always regionally touring to expose themselves to everyone. One listener suggested "If you were to take Elvis and John Mellencamp and start an acoustic rock band, you would have monkeyshyne", and that really sums it up.
Hey guys... it's been a few weeks since "The Return of the 'Shyne", but it was great. I hope things are goin' well with all of you. I just wanted to thank y'all for rockin' Temple again. We all had fun, and I think you guys did too. When can we do it again?!?

now that i am able to leave you a sober comment...that was, by far, my favorite show of all time. i'm just sad my favorite drummer wasn't there. thanks for all the good times, guys. i love you.
