formed band in 1988 in town of Mostar. Same year they recorded 3 song demo which recived good reception among fans and critics. In 1990 they recorded second 3 song demo that was slight departure from earlier works in heavier direction but was welcomed even better troughout ex. Yugoslavia in all important music magazines and zines.
In 1990 band expanded their fan base,which culiminated when they performed on home turf as bunch of 19 year old guys in front of 2000 people as a headlining act ! 1991 is year of Monolit,playng live,songs for first lp are ready, band members are " uniformed like kubrick's own monolithic stone", unstoppable, and in the end of that year they playing biggest live show in front of 2500 metalfans in HM Fest in Sarajevo, biggest Metal fest in ex. Yugoslavia, where they was wery well recieved ! 1992 !? war coming, war raging, war stopping everything...
However in 2006 two band members made tribute recording song "Kletva" (Curse, btw, their first song ever made and only one on native language) to a fallen friend, drummer and founding member of band, Zlatko Mehic Zuba, who died in war in 1993!!!
Encouraged PEDJA (throughout 90's played with some musicians of known Norwegian metal bands) and SLOBA (continued to play in Canada, recording and performing with many top line rock bands from ex.Yu, playing over 300 shows) decided to work (after "13" long years) again,despite distances and depleted formation!!!
Band is currently finished recording material on two continents with producer from Sweden Ronnie Bjornstrom!!! And this time NOTHING's gonna stop them...
hey! we are trying to change something... our new singer erik can't be a full member of dreamscape because the stess to travel a lot is affecting his health. so we decided to work with more than one singer - honestly we will work with even more than two... hopefully you will like that idea! we like it a lot because we will be very flexible and our sound will become even more complex! kind regards!
