Monster B’s Bar & Grille is the concept brought to you by Jason Jones. Jason comes to Stamford with over 16 years in the restaurant business. Jason assembled the best and brightest staff (and family) from restaurants that he has been a part of in Ohio, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York and Connecticut. We all came together, literally, over night… As Jason sent out the call that he had finally found the right man to make his concept come to life, Mr. Joseph Gabriele. Mr. Gabriele, “Gabe” to his friends, met Jason in mid 2007 and knew right away that there was something special Jason was trying to accomplish. This was easily visible though the interaction of Jason and his staff, and Jason’s personal attention to each of his customers. Jason and Gabe set out to find a location that would set Monster B’s apart from all the commotion and confusion in the new Stamford Town Center. .Monster B’s is about mouth-watering food, exemplary service, attention to detail, and a fun filled atmosphere for the whole family! Our staff is kid friendly and happy to make your dining experience and your children’s absolutely perfect! Executive Chef, Adam Sainsbury, has been with Jason since 2002. He has developed a menu that will satisfy the masses! Adam is known for his delectable sauces and extraordinary presentations! Adam has trained under Master Chef Michael Schlow and has personally created dining items for celebrities and sports stars! Adam hails from the mountains of New Hampshire and graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associate’s Degree in culinary arts. He has created dishes from Manhattan to the White Mountains, try them all, I promise, you’ll come back for more!.Feel like taking the kids out for a fun time! Join us as Eddie Calle hosts our Kids Club every Saturday from 11am-3pm. Lots of Arts & Crafts, Finger Painting, and Hide-Away Tunnels. Not to forget the fun and games we have in our game room located in the back on the dining room. We even throw great Birthday Parties for the kids. .Not coming out with the kids tonight? Enjoy a few of our 30 beers on tap, or over 200 bottled beers! We carry the widest selection of beers in the entire state of Connecticut! Not sure what you are in the mood for? Ask our highly experienced bartenders to help you out, it will be their pleasure. .Do you enjoy parlor games? We do too, that’s why we have dual black felt pool tables and darts! Steel Tipped and Electronic! Not enough competition from your friends? Ask about joining the pool and dart leagues… We sponsor Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Teams for both pool and dart leagues! We will also be hosting dart tournaments! Monster B’s Double Bull Shootouts will be posted on our website! .Parlor games not your cup of tea (by the way, try the chai, it is amazing!) We have 5-50” High Definition Televisions around the bar. Check out what’s on, or ask the bartender to switch to your favorite show! For those HUGE GAMES that you just can’t miss, we can’t either, although we aren’t a “sports bar”, we had to do it; we put in a HUGE-104” High Definition Projection Screen over the fireplace! Super Bowl, Final Four, NASCAR, Rangers, Sox/Yanks, we’ll have them all.
