BJ Shittu	May 19 2007 6:00 PM errrm, weve probs got too much jungle at the mo but freeform trance sounds gay. house/tecnho and maybe a bit of hardcore is allowed. D'n'B and electro/breaks are cool too, as is dubstep and oldskool garage if you swing that way. or you can just not follow the above advice and go with the trance, you never know it might work its just me personally i know that my old trance-bashing habit dies hard... hows hudds anyways?

I would also like to share with you a method I have found very affective in creating and maintaining balance of my mind/body/spirit during the day. It is incorporating at least five minutes of something that stimulates: - The mind; reading, writing, crosswords, etc. - The body; exercise, cleaning, dancing, etc. - The spirit; meditating, chanting, breathing, etc. - The inner child; playing, eating ice cream, laughing, etc. I hope you find it as balancing as I have.
