About me: This page is dedicated to following the ongoing saga of my (Pat "Montana" G.) restoration/modification of my 1968 Mustang Coupe. I originally purchased my Mustang in the summer after my Senior year in high school (1988). I worked on it for the remainder of that summer. As you can imagine, an 18 year old kid was not exactly "flush with cash" so a lot of the work was done on the cheap. The majority of it included an engine rebuild and a paint job, done (of course) while using it as a daily driver. In 1991 I moved from Montana to Texas and could not afford to bring my Mustang along. It sat in my parents yard (basically in the Montana prarie) for the next 16 years. In the late summer of 2007 I was finally able to bring it to Texas. This page will follow my efforts to resto/mod my Mustang now that I finally have it back.
