Audiences warm up to Monti’s quirky stories quickly. She is one of thirteen children. Her father is the Puerto Rican Johnny Appleseed. Her mother’s the only Colombian obsessed with vacuum lines. Monti dishes on everything from her soul-mutt Chewy Chew Chew, to beating a one-legged man in a marathon... literally. She has a laundry list of phobias (mayonnaise, ex-boyfriends, the little white drop of milk slobs get on their lower lip when they’re eating Rice Krispies) that both women and gay men relate to.
Monti began her career in South Florida as an MC for The Improvs in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach- opening for Bob Saget, Nick DiPaolo, Gilbert Gottfried and Chris Tucker. She’s since worked rooms across the country, with spots at The Original New York Comedy Club, The Punchline in Atlanta, Seattle’s Moore Theater and The Improvs in New York City, Cleveland and San Jose. A former model, the 31 year old has written comic books for First Light Entertainment, plus columns for Closer and Jezebel Magazines. TV work includes Host of a video count down show for FOX-TV affiliates in the Southeast. You can hear this 90year radio veteran every morning as host of the 1 rated "The Ladies Room" on Seattle’s Movin 92.5 KQMV-FM.

I ran my first marathon in January. In the 7 HOURS it took me to finish, I was forced to pee in the woods twice. NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS IN THE WOODS... especially when your baby exit's exposed. I've been skydiving 3 times sober and 1 time shit-faced. As with most things, 1 time shit-faced is terribly more interesting than 3 times sober. I don't sleep much. My dog won't stop eating her ass. She slurps in 3-D.
