   Montlure's Blurbs
About me:
Montlure is a Presbyterian Church camp which has been in operation since 1926. Located high in the White Mountains near Greer, Arizona, the camp occupies 13 acres of Apache National Forest Land adjacent to the East Fork of the Little Colorado River and the Mount Baldy Wilderness Area.

Every year, Montlure provides summer camps for late elementary youth, Junior High youth, and High School youth. The camp also hosts numerous retreats, ski trips to Sunrise, and other events throughout the other seasons of the year!

2008 Montlure Reunion!!

When: Saturday, November 15th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Where: Folley Memorial Park, 601 E. Frye Road, Chandler, AZ 85225 at the "Memorial Ramada"

The park is located just north of Pecos Rd and just east of Arizona Blvd. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP to Beth Glady as soon as possible at 480-483-2158 or egladyfamily@cox.net. Please contact Kirk Wallendorf for carpooling from Tucson.

O my goodness. This year was one of the most fun eductional years i have been too. I have become so much closer to Christ.

Answer to the question "so can i go to camp apex without having a home church?"

1. Yes, that is correct and you can download the registration form at www. montlure. org, click on the "APEX Retreat" link

2. Just to knit pick a little :) it is a retreat, not a camp.

To answer the question of where to find information on Camp Alpha:

You can find the info on our calender. Just click on Camp Alpha and it will pull the info up (or at least it should).

Thanks for the question, Casey! Here is the easiest way for you to check what age camp you are old enough to counsel:

If you download the counselor application from the website, you will see all of the age requirements on the form.
