Dear Harry Montoya: Thank you for YourFriendship. My eight-year-old-peace-activist son Axil Kollist's quest for World Peace Before 2021 is gaining momentum! I'm so proud of him. Please embrace him AND his song "World Peace Before 2021" which he performs beautifully. His performance can be seen on MySpace, his webpage www. worldpeacebefore2021. com and/or YouTube (by searching his name Axil Kollist.) It is my intention to post a new video of him singing his song every few months so people can watch his talent grow as impressively as the momentum for his quest! I'm sharing two photos with you. The first is of my son distributing his free world peace bumperstickers and the second photo is of him singing his song “World Peace Before 2021” at Maui's Martin Luther King Jr. Peace Day Festivities in January 08. By all means, email Axil if you’d like him to mail you one of his free “World Peace Before 2021” bumpersticker or if you’d like to invite him to sing for your function. His email address is worldpeacebefore2021@hawaii.rr.com .Very best regards, Axil's mom
Every where I travel around the district people ask me “why do you want to run for Congress?”My answer is always the same. Serving as a Congressman is about public service – not self-service. For the last fourteen years I have dedicated my life and demonstrated a commitment to public service and leadership for the people of New Mexico. I have fought for issues that are important to us, and I will continue to do so as your next Congressman. As your Congressman I promise that I will honor and protect those ideals, take our values, New Mexico values to DC and leave the DC values in Washington. I believe that the Congress has lost touch with ever day people. I want to change that. It is time to send a message to Washington that the time has come for the membership of Congress to return to a People’s Congress made up of everyday, ordinary people. I want to be a Congressman of the people…the people of northern New Mexico… and with your support and vote you will send me there and together we will make a difference!
