Hi, welcome to the Mood Indigo website ..........here's a little bit about us.....We are a very flexible line-up working as a duo with Robert and Lindsey and also as a trio with Keri. The band can also be booked as a four or five piece line up which includes percussionist Simon and a fourth singer Charlotte and even a Saxophonist! .......We are known as Mood Indigo but for some of our funky club gigs we are known as Flikin Da Bean but do not use this name when performing at weddings and hotel functions for various reasons !!..........We cover a wide range of music from classic fifties through to the sixties and seventies and bringing things right up to date with all the current chart hits of the day. It would be hard to list all our songs as they change weekly but, there is a song list on the above Blog which we will try and keep up to date!......Particular songs can be arranged even if they are not in our repertoir for special things such as a first dance at a wedding ( within reason). Our show can include an Amy Winehouse tribute section, Tina Turner and more recently we have added a Lady GaGa section. Also, some fun moments include a bit of fun such as Elton John and Rod stewart among others.......Lindsey has an astounding voice with a real soulful edge and is very visual with her dancing. Keri has a higher range and some real silky tones also featuring her great talents on acoustic guitar. Robert has a very versitile voice and is known as one of the South Wests top lead guitarists demonstrating his virtuosity on tunes by Pink Floyd and Santana. Charlotte has a great bluesy sound and a great stage vibe with her dancing, revisiting tunes such as Mustang Sally and pop classics .... Our Latin percussionist Simon has an amazing array of world instruments including congas, bongos, timbales, guicos and shakers that he buries himself with on stage and brings a live dynamic edge to the band ........We perform with a fully professional sound system which caters for small or larger Marquee sized events such as weddings and corporate events also we have our own modern lighting and special FX for that extra atmosphere, we are often complimented on our professional sound and appearance and clients are always pleased with our attitude and friendly manner......our main aim is to involve everybody at the event whatever age in an evening or afternoon of fun and top class entertainment hoping they will go away with a memorable experience.
