I Moodrama nascono nel 2004 dall'incontro di Francesco Galdieri (compositore) e Simona Tortora (cantautrice). Il progetto prende da subito i contorni del duo elettronico e fonda il suo stile – una mistura che spazia dal pop al trip‐hop passando per rock e jazz Il duo realizza nel dicembre 2005 il suo primo cd autoprodotto, intitolato semplicemente Moodrama. Negli anni la formula cambia e i Moodrama si arricchiscono di Piero Fattiroso (basso) – stabilmente in formazione dal 2007 – e delle collaborazioni di Luca Petrosino (chitarra), Guido Cascone (batteria), Nicola Ferro (trombone), finendo per plasmare più “mood” e ancora più “drama”.
I Moodrama pubblicano BEST LIFE INC. , esordio ufficiale in uscita il prossimo 1 marzo su etichetta Soffici Dischi e distribuzione Audioglobe.

"VUOI UNA NUOVA VITA? …NOI POSSIAMO DARTELA. UNA VITA DOVE IL DOLORE NON ESISTE…” Queste sono le premesse di Best life inc., una società di plastica, assolutamente tossica, non biodegradabile. Accattivante tentazione ma anche subdola utopia, secondo Voltaire, quella di creare il migliore dei mondi possibili. Il cd ruota attorno alle tematiche classiche che soffocano la società, non esprime giudizi di nessun genere, non sta dalla parte di nessuno, il bene ed il male si mescolano nella stessa tela, producendo suoni eterei e ferrosi allo stesso tempo.

Moodrama was born in 2004 after Francesco Galdieri (composer) and Simona Tortora (singer-song-writer) met each other. Their project immediately took the form of an electronic duet which later on established its own style- a mixture that goes from pop to trip-hop all the way to rock and jazz, on December of 2005 the duet launched its first CD entirely produced at its own expense and simply entitled MOODRAMA.Throughout the years the Moodrama duet has been enriched by the addition of a new member, Piero Fattiroso (bass player)- in permanent team since 2007- and the collaboration of Luca Petrosino (guitar player), Guido Cascone (drummer) and Nicola Ferro (trombonist) and ending therefore giving expression to more “mood” and even more “drama”.
The MOODRAMA publish BEST LIFE inc., their official debut is to come out next 1st march under record label Soffici Dischi and distributed by Audioglobe.

“DO YOU WANT A NEW LIFE? WE CAN GIVE IT TO YOU. A BRAND NEW LIFE WHERE PAIN DOESN’T EXIST…” These are the forewords of Best life inc., a plastic-made-absolutely - toxic and non-biodegradable society. The creation of “the best of all possible world” is, according to Voltaire, not only a catchy temptation but also a deceptive utopia. The CD revolves around the typical issues that suffocate society, it makes no judgments of any kind, it takes nobody’s side, good and evil are mixed up within the same weft producing ethereal and metallic sounds. ..
