Dash kommt ursprünglich aus dem HipHop Lager, wo er sich Mitte der 80er einnistete und noch heute mehr als gelegentlich rumtreibt. Nach mehr als 10 Jahren war ihm das allerdings nicht mehr ausreichend. Er begann zu schauen, was davor kam und fand jede Menge dicken Funk-Sound...
So verbinden sich in den gemeinsamen Sets leichte Melodien mit schweren Grooves. Die ideale Tanz-Mischung.

Dash became addicted to HipHop in the mid-80s and so he is. He started with breakdancing and MC'ing (in '87) and after more than 10 years he wanted more. He began to dig around the scene and found plenty of deeeep Funk-Sound...
So the Funkinaires combine light melos and heavy grooves. The ideal dance mix.

Ein kurzer Überblick:
Dash und Felix lernten sich 2001 bei einem Auflegejob kennen. Dabei stellten sie fest, das sie nicht nur die gleichen musikalischen Interessen teilen, sondern ihre Sets sich auf wundersame Weise ergänzten.
Seither bilden sie ein eingespieltes Team und legen sie so häufig wie möglich gemeinsam auf.
A short overview:
Dash and Felix met each other back in 2001. Much to their surprise they found not only that they share the same taste of music. The DJ-sets complete each other in a wondrous way.
