So who is Australia’s most renowned DJ? Many would argue that mantle would be given to Kid Kenobi, who for three years in a row was voted our most popular DJ by Technics ITM Poll. Not only that, Kid Kenobi has mixed over five albums for the Ministry of Sound, and won two DMA Music Awards for his production and DJ abilities.
There is very little that Kid Kenobi has not accomplished in his ten years of performing at some of the biggest clubs across the globe. Anyone who has seen him play can vouch for his ability to kick-start a dancefloor and continue mayhem into the early hours of the morning. Alongside one of the best MC’s to date, MC Shureshock, they have become one of the most popular performing duos in the world. His unique blend of breaks and electro has become a very prominent sound recently and is sure to be a hit when he plays for the very first time in Bendigo on Thursday March 20 at Black Swan Nightclub.
