My Mom...she left everything she knew from her friends and family and basically her world to save our lives and give me a future. She is definitely the most wonderful woman I have had the pleasure to know and love in my life. My Dad,his Mom, my aunt and uncle, and my brother,15 years my junior,are all in the same league. They are all such dynamic people who have done so much good and affected other peoples lives in ways they will never know...these humble people with there quiet ways are ethereal and other worldly to me...perhaps we have met in other lives because my connection to them is so STRONG!
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who has lived an unselfish life...people who have positive energy...don't whine... and pity party themselves. We are all affected by our birth circumstances and environment. Everyone handles the deal differently. 3 words...GET OVER YOURSELF...4 more words...GET ON WITH IT! My grandmother used to say..."If life gives you lemons...make lemonade!" She also said"IF you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas and water seeks its own level"...but that's another story.

OH yeah, I did forget this and just remembered; this was a film I saw once; my professor gave it to my while I was working on my thesis. It's not the most accurate of depictions, but seeing your interest in the time period, you will most likely enjoy it. It's a Biopic, relating a true person and true events, but depicted in a usual over exaggerated Hollywood way. Still it's a very good representation of the subject. The movie is called "Quills" and it is the story of The Marque d'Sade. It takes place in a real time in his life, when he was in prison. If you want some time I'll tell you all about the custom, but it was customary for "Unruly" members of a noble family to be locked up in a very comfortable confinement by their relatives, in hopes of straightening them out so to speak. This practice ended with the Revolution. Anyway, the main focus is around the writings of the Marque, which were honestly, brilliant in their own way, but viewed by most 18th - 19th century Parisians as extremely pornographic and violent.

I was experimenting yesterday with transparencies and today you get to see the fruits of my labour. hahahahaha..Still in kindergarten stages though I'm afraid, .lol..It's all good..I'm having fun and that is a good thing.
