I've been influenced by more than just music, tho' that's a huge part of the picture. Some o' my muses:

**MOVIES**: What the Bleep Do We Know, scary stuff, funny stuff, lots of indie and foreign flicks (especially if they're scary and/or funny--Shaun of the Dead comes to mind)..........

**BOOKS**: The 4 Agreements; The Dancing Wu Li Masters (or any physics/metaphysics related text); A Series Of Unfortunate Events (13 volumes with illustrations!) by Lemony Snicket a.k.a. Daniel Handler; Neil Gaiman's work, especially the "Sandman" series of graphic novels (yeah, all right, comic books, but they're big kid comics!); same goes for Calvin and Hobbes. And on and on........

**MUSIC**: If they were candy, I would eat them everyday: Cocteau Twins, Garbage, Dresden Dolls, Goldfrapp, Eagles of Death Metal/Queens of the Stone Age, She Wants Revenge, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Emilie Simon, Eisley, Soho Dolls....there's billions more, and lots I haven't even heard yet. If it says something new and fresh and intriguing to me, I'll probably like it, whether it's music or anything else. Oh yeah, and if you see a band appear in my "friend" space, it's because I like what they're doing, not because I'm jonesing for "friends". SO PUT THAT IN YER BACK POCKET, MISTER MISSY MISS.
