About mophONE

Audio visual performance unit "mophONE" by three electronic musician and one video artist sponsoring techno/electronic music Label "moph record" in Tokyo, japan.

Sound source first release named "moph orchestra" in "moph record V.A./Sneaker", Tr01"Snkr" is based tech house and minimal Techno with a sharp synthsize and cut up collage on funky groove tune.
And change name to "mophONE", play with famous artists such as "Fumiya Tanaka" "Hiroshi Kawanabe", "Crlm", "Grimpse", "Rino Cerrone(italy)", "Numb".
The live performance by groove and generate visual that synchronized four Laptop with Local Area Network, is favorably received from audience and DJs.

Release of first album "plug" in November 2008.
This album which the sense of fun that used various technique such as experimental synthesize and cut up collage for with oddity copes with in a musical piece to overflow from home listening to the dance floor while being based on the danceable beat which made a tech house and a minimal techno.

劇場音楽、インスタレーション、広告音楽、など多様なキャリアをもつ電子音楽家、映像作家によるオーディオビジュアルユニットmophONE。
東京のテクノ／エレクトロニカレーベルmoph record主宰により2006年結成。
2007年6月『moph record V.A./Sneaker』で初の音源リリース。
mophONEと改名後、活動の幅を広げ、田中フミヤ、川辺ヒロシ、calm、Rino Cerrone、Glimpse、Numb、IAN O'BRIENなど国内外の有名なアーティスト達と競演。

2008年11月5日、1st Album『plug』をリリース。
クリックハウスやテックハウス、ミニマルテクノの流れを汲んだダンサブルなビートを基調にしつつも、風変わりで実験的なシンセサイズやコラージュなど様々な手法を用いた楽曲で、ホームリスニングからダンスフロアまで対応するポップなアルバムに仕上がっている。
