MPVCD is proud to be a progressive repertory company developed from contemporary, traditional and avant-garde dance styles.
"In nature", the company may be regarded as a “modern” dance company. However, modern dance influences may range from Hip Hop, Jazz, House, African and Latin cultures.

About me:
Established by Jacob Mora, PorVida is Spanish meaning “For Life”.
MORAPORVIDA is a personal statement and declaration that we are the people we are by nature and not choice. You cannot choose the people you call family nor can you explain the source of the drive that causes you to do what you love. PorVida is a testament for the life we have been given and for the courage to fight for your hearts desires. When you feel the only choice is to do what is in your heart, you do it for life.
Who I'd like to meet: Dancers, Students, Teachers, Enthusiasts. In order to grow as artists we must be all of these things, we are again only experts on being our selves.
Anyone interested in Dance, the Arts and preserving these cultures, welcome.
