Whereas Edgar Wappenhalter's (Sylvester Anfang and Funeral Folk co-founder Steve) earlier tapes focussed on either his reverb-drenched folksongs, or his ecstatic tapeloop-experiments, On The Beach mixes these two sides of mr Wappenhalter.
