Mordachi came into being in early 2006 drawn together to realise a sound that blends the fury of crunching metal guitars with the rhythms and breaks of electronica. The harmony filled vocals switch from melodic anthems to a screaming frenzy. Having recently brought their energetic live show to packed out venues such as Camden Underworld and Storm, Leicester Square, as well as headlining The Corporation in Sheffield and playing a sold out show alongside Skindred & Dub Trio in Leicester, they are quickly building a reputation as one of London’s must see bands.
Its all a bit hazy really (wonder why that could be??) so I'm looking forward to seeing you with a clearer head and I hear congrats are in order ... :-) have a lovely time
Thanks back for the kind words. Clwb Ifor Bach in Cardiff is a good venue, TJ's and Le Pub in Newport are good too - we've played TJ's loads of times. I'll have a word with the guys as we're thinking of putting on a gig in Le Pub soon anyway. Better still, if you go on Acid Tongue's profile and look up Fab'n'Kinky - they'd be sure to book you in TJ's for one of their shows....Best o' luck, talk soon.
Big thanks for the request guys, love your stuff. Obey's a superb track - it's got a real feel of Prong and 16 Volt about it and I bloody wish I'd written it!! Time Wave Zero sounds like a cross between Nine Inch Nails, Alice in Chains and something else......wish I'd written that one too..... Take it easy, stay in touch, Phil
im gonna come check you guys out as we have similar influences and the tunes sound cool! Haven't got my bands tunes online yet just electronic. Dublin castle it is! olly
