About me:

Sono uno scultore che opera prevalentemente con il legno,che cerco di non snaturare lasciandone la superficie grezza,ruvida,dipingendo le mie opere con una tavolozza estremamente povera. Cerco in questo modo di applicare due principi estetici che regolano la produzione dei componimenti poetici haiku:il Wabi(povertà e naturalezza)e lo Yugen(ciò che è misterioso e profondo). Come accade nei versi giapponesi nelle mie opere i soggetti rappresentati sono tratti dal mondo naturale,oggetti semplici,ma con significati molteplici. Il risultato ? una composizione aperta,un haiku zen non verbale,ma non per questo-spero!-meno interessante.
