A band of bluegrass entrepreneurs. This group of five men, located at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and in the great central valley of California, have joined forces to create this one of a kind of urban bluegrass sound. Each member of the Morgan Canyon Band plays their own instrument with a flavor of bluegrass and southern rock influence. No fabrications are added to their music, which produces a sweet melody of a simpler times. On their latest CD, recorded at Carlton Studio, these good old boys understand the meaning of what goodtime music is all about.
