TOLTEK (Label Manager) Profile

Toltek is a French DJ based in Paris.
Beside playing DJ sets from Paris to Thailand - Fullmoon and jungle parties - he has collaborated with Psyside for the last two years performances around the world and on the new 3rd album "Anomaly in your Brain ?". He's also working now on his own project, Huicholity, more «morning » and « Goa » influenced...

In 2005, he started the new french label Morphonic Records, with the 3rd Psyside album as the first release (released on 19th of June 2006).
"Psychofluid" a compilation Full On Morning was released April 2007, followed by the debut album of RUMBLE PACK "Packed and ready".

The compilation "Psychofluid2" was released on 2008-05-02 worldwide

The last chapter of compilation "PSYCHOFLUID 3" was released on 2009 April 24th

This time around the sound is more melodic, and has a definite feeling of a complete and more mature sound than heard on the previous LP's "Dystopian Battle Hymns" and "Ceremony After Amputation". If you are familiar with their individual projects you may even be in for a slight surprise, as the tracks are not as beat driven like before, but are more atmospheric and sound, well... "bigger". In its 75 minutes, Almost Tomorrow takes you on a trip from the digital rain-soaked cavernous scraping in "Thoughtograph", the ethereal beat jittering of "The Colour of Rain", intercepted transmissions from unknown places in "Com-Intercept", "Ganzfeld"s huge yet strangely insect-like beats until everything you knew comes crashing around you in "Almost Tomorrow". Burning pianos, glitched out soundscapes and intricately programmed beatplay, this may well be their best work to date. Consider it the soundtrack to a rainy overcast day, but with just that glimmer of sunshine peeking from the clouds. "Almost Tomorrow" wears its heart on its sleeve. This situation represents pretty much the musical atmosphere of Krama's second album: Mighty bass structures form a clean and solid foundation, on which sunny melodies swash out of trancy depths, accompanied by forcing rhythm structures. Since 2001, Dimitris Violitzis and Elias Garanis from Greece have constantly developed their very own definition of Power Progressive Trance. The epic flow of their music is inspired by their musical background, which includes minimal Progressive Trance on the one hand but also classical and Celtic music, New Age sounds and even some Metal. The intense effectiveness of Krama's tunes could already been witnessed on many different Progressive floors where the two dudes always delivered excellent shows.
