MOTORAMA surgió en Enero del 2006 luego de la separación de Historia del Crimen, banda de Neo Rockabilly de la ciudad de Buenos Aires que durante 9 años (1997-2006) tocó en forma continua en escenarios locales, y varias veces en Uruguay y Chile. De aquella agrupación hoy día en Motorama solo permanecen Sam (guitarra y voz) y Nico Valle (contrabajo y coros). En Febrero del 07, con la incorporación de Lulo Esain, batería, voz y coros, queda conformada la banda definitivamente y encuentra su sonido y dirección musical.
Desde el 23 de Abril de 2009 esta en la calle "CRISIS", disco debut de la banda. Producido por Mariano "Manza" Esain, grabado en los estudios ION, y masterizado por Alvaro Villagra, dicho disco cuenta con la participación de algunos amigos como CADENA PERPETUA y CALOS TAPIA (ex-Turf) en coros, HUGO LOBO (Dancing Mood y Fabulosos Cadillacs) en trompetas y CAMPINO (Die Tioten Hosen) en la voz de la única versión grabada en el disco: "Do Annything You Wanna Do"(Eddie & the Hot Rods).
Los tres miembros de MOTORAMA también colaboran en proyectos paralelos. Sam formó parte de Dancing Mood, Carca, Turf y Juana la Loca; Nico tiene otra banda llamada Misterio junto a Sr. Flavio y a su hijo Astorboy; por su parte Lulo toca también en Valle de Muñecas junto a su hermano Mariano, entre otros proyectos.
El disco ya cuenta con un video en vivo del tema “Venganza!”, filmado a fines del año pasado en La Trastienda por la productora de cine POGO FILMS quienes ya realizaron trabajos para Flavio Mandinga Proyect, Arbol, Alika, Fidel Nadal y Misterio entre otros.

MOTORAMA was formed in January 2006 after Historia Del Crimen’s break up (4K Records-Universal Music) HDC was a Buenos Aires Neo Rockabilly band. They played continually for 9 years (1997-2006) in Buenos Aires and the rest of the country as well as in Uruguay and Chile. From HDC days the only members that remain are Sam and Nico Valle ("Nixxx Del Crimen" is dead!); After a year Tano Maffia , HDC drummer and also Motarama founder, left the band for personal reasons. They started looking for a new drummer and that was when they met Lulo Esain, Drums and vocals, in February 2007. From that moment on, the band finally found its particular sound and style. The definitely formation is Sam, guitar and vocals, Nico double bass/chords and Lulo Esain, drums and vocals. The three Motorama members also have parallel bands. Sam has been invited many times to play with Turf and Juana la Loca. Nico has another band with Sr. Flavio and his son Astorboy which is called Misterio; Lulo also plays with his brother Mariano "Manza" Esain in Valle de Muñecas .Mariano is Motorama’s producer of “Live in 4 hours”. They recorded it April 2007 in Arbol studios. In July and Agost of 2008 they go to recording the record debut, stay tune!!!
During July and December del 2008 recoded debut album: "CRISIS", a lot of friends put de seed there: CADENA PERPETUA en Chorus, HUGO LOBO (Dancing Mood and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs) on Trompets and CAMPINO from DIE TOTEN HOSEN on Vox in the unic version of the record, an old song of Eddie & the Hot Rods "Do Annything You Wanna Do"
