If you're thinking fatigues, fades, army boots and
a militant leader, think again. This is boot camp
Detroit-style. Motivation here comes from grit,
not a bunch of screaming and yelling.
Motor City Bootcamp is a unique, OUTDOOR fitness
program that meets five days a week, month in
and month out. Classes are taught by boxer, sponsored mountain biker, adventure racer and nationally recognized fitness guru, Jeff Watters.
Not only do we produce athletes but we are athletes. We compete in, sponsor and promote a variety of unique outdoor multi sport events including trail runs, adventure races, triathlons, duathlons and overnight training expeditions. I also travel to a variety of amateur and professional athletic teams to design and implement sport specific clinics to help maximize their off season training programs.
No matter what your fitness level, expect to
improve performance through a variety of
activities ranging from boot camp-style circuit
training, speed and agility drills, running and
boxing.
The session meets Monday through Thursday
at pre determined locations in and around Birmingham.
