BIO FOR MC RAW -Mc Raw was born Alexander Habib in South London. Mc Raw started mcing/rapping at the young age of 11 all over the city of London. His first major radio show was back in 1999 aged only 14 he appeared on 103.0 Delight FM from there he generated his mic skills and confidence then moved his way up gaining respect along the way from co-workers to fans. He got involved with most of the urban underground acts working along side and performing an organising urban events by this time he secured a weekly set at 89.6FM with Dj Sami Dee and Redz were he made a voice in the south and felt people started to listen and take him more as a serious contender in the London underground scene. As Raw got older his content an verbal skills has exceeded levels which he couldn’t imagine all ready this far in his career he is happy with what he has achieved.
At the age of 16 he managed to get 2 other radio shows at the same time one on Lush FM 107.6 and the other on React Fm 99.7 by this time he was under Muskater Recordings with Maxwell D when he hit the age 18 he also got a set on Freeze Fm 92.7.
Now six years on he’s still upping the levels as an hip-hop artists and club Mc Mc Raw has worked with many uk names such as (Monkey, Newham Genrals , Purpl,Gee renergade boyz,G-ents, Get rich crew, Dva,Afta shock, Haze, Fusion, Celebrity, Supa wanted, Scamps,Furious, Rema Dee,Artilla Family Ruff 1,Heny Gee,Anti social ent, Fip mag an many more. Mc raw is the type of artist who will only work with artists he generally rates and can relate to. In 2008 Mc Raw aperread in REWIND MAGAZINE along side TIMEOUT MAGAZINE where he had small articles written about him an his goings on.2009 he re-appeared in rewind magazine but later to follow a 3 page article in MIX-MAG found in all genral stores sure impressed the streets of the UK,2009 has started of to be a good year for Mc Raw just being signed to HEVAYBANK UK where he is looking to drop his 1st solo mix-tape (r.a.w-ready and waiting) later this year he is also working on a number of music videos that should rock the streets. for any more information please contact HEAVYBANK UK management at HBUK@LIVE.CO.UK.
