About me:
Raising Arizona is arguably one of the funniest movies the Coen brothers have ever made. The 1987 film stars Nicolas Cage and Holly Hunter as a childless couple of an ex-con and an ex-cop who decide to help themselves to one of another family's quintuplets. The adventure that awaits them makes their lives more complicated than they anticipated.
Enjoy Raising Arizona, the August installment of Movies by Moonlight, in the cool setting of Linn Park, downtown Birmingham, Thursday, August 17.
Bring a picnic and enjoy live music from local band, Act of Congress. You don't want to miss all the fun before the movie begins at sunset.
You're welcome to come by after work... the festivities begins at 6 pm. We will once again show an award-winning short, courtesy of Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival, before the feature
