Sounds Like
Imagine if Ozzy, Leonard Cohen, Springsteen, Dylan, Nirvana and Bon Jovi had
a retarded mongoloid genius baby backed by Zappa's evil twin brother,
you'd have MPB!
Taking their cue from such bands as Crosby Stills and Nash, and Medeski Martin and Wood, E. Passantino suggested to R. Mangano that they categorize whatever they created together musically, under the name "Passantino, Mangano, and Balls". Later on, Mangano secretly started to call it "MPB"---thus placing his 3 syllable name, Mangano, at the front end the band name. Passantino agrees that MPB flows better than PMB.
MPB recorded their first tracks in 1996 onto four track. They record more and more and more songs every year and have been nonstop in creating together. Some people call MPB a son of a bitch. Balls on the other hand, has nothing to say and pretty much takes on all roles outside of being Mangano or Passantino.

Fuckin' JnP's ignoring my pleas for a MPB show. I was tellin' Haggis the other day that I told Dave Driewitz that he should tour w/ MPB when he goes out w/ Crescent Moon. He said he was looking for good bands that would fit the bill and MPB were definitely a good choice. I'm gonna keep reminding him about that. Hope to see you fukkers soon.
