About me: The Midwest Paranormal Investigative Association was founded in 2005 in St. Louis, Missouri by a group of individuals with different technical and paranormal backgrounds interested in adding a fresh perspective to investigation of paranormal activity, especially ghosts.
Our goal is to expand the paradigm of accepted scientific concepts of the world around us especially in respect to ghosts and hauntings.
Our team understands the extensive scrutiny that each piece of evidence of ghost encounters and paranormal activity will endure. We will only post documented evidence after going through a very stringent verification process. Therefore, you may not see much evidence of ghosts on our website.
We attempt to investigate each ghost or other paranormal case with as much objectivity as possible. We monitor temperature, radioactivity, and electromagnetic changes as well as try to document each ghost or other paranormal investigation with video, pictures, and audio. We record abrupt atmospheric changes that may occur due to ghost activity. We also use infrared technology with our cameras to catch any anomalous activity or ghosts that the naked eye cannot capture. We are also fortunate to have members who run their own recording studio and can capture audio of ghost or spirit interactions with their advanced equipment.
Our primary goal on each investigation is to help the client understand more thoroughly what could possibly be causing the ghost haunting or other paranormal activity and assist with post investigation counseling. Our secondary goal is to gather as much evidence as possible to gain a better understanding about ghosts, spirits, hauntings, and other paranormal incidents like UFO and Bigfoot sightings.

I'm going to get right to the point - there's a CONVICTED child predator within your friend's here on MySpace.
This isn't just a drama slam or an accusation to smear this man's credibility because you see, this man violated a child, was judged and found guilty so he's listed on the Illinois Sex Offenders listing, tis public knowledge.
As a result of this discovery, a few BRAVE individuals are working toward awakening the community, especially the PARANORMAL, as to this man's presence with hopes we spare another child from his evil ways and maintain our positive images as paranormal investigators.
Obviously, he should NOT even be permitted on this site since it caters to children from 14 to 17, but he is and yes, we've been reporting this to MySpace and the matter is being looked-into by them .... however, in the meantime MANY people are watching this scenario unfold and by your staying friends with this man's group whose pictures appear on their profile of him, a co-founder, conducting private in-house investigation whereas he's standing with equipment and the pictures of client's hanging proudly behind him, well it's not playing in your favor!
REMEMBER - it's NOT just about him, it's YOUR reputation as well as that of EVERY paranormal investigator, and their group which is on the line here!
