MPV Sound is an up to date, top ranking, beats banging reggae soundsystem started in Finland year 2004. MPV is an abrrevation of finish word metsäpalovaara meaning forest fire danger. Aswell it means the Most Positive Vybz.
MPV has clashed five times and carries a wide selection of dubplates. Some of them are true gems Andor has been cutting during his trips to Jamaica and some international festivals. MPV won the Finnish Soundclash championships in 2005 and beated Black Hula badly in one to one clash. MPV has played alongside every big sound in Finland like Pouta, Komposti, Lion Head and Black Bear Sound and has played with such internatinal sounds and artists like United Sounds (NL), Immortal Sound (UK), Topaz (SWE), Trinity (SWE), Mungo's Hifi & MC Soom T (UK), Mad Professor & Earl 16 (UK), Rankin Joe (JAM). MPV Sound is run by Selecta Andor & MC Nestori. Andor hosts a reggae radioprogram Blaka Blaka Radio on Basso www.basso.fi 102,8 MHz) every other saturday 4-6pm (+2GMT) and also a few clubs in Helsinki, such as Reggae Breakfast, Reggae Stomp, Reggae Beat, Big Sound & Mango Yard. Reggae Stomp can also be felt in other cities of Finland. Andor aswell selects for the king of finnish reggae, Jukka Poika. You can find the club dates and other gigs from our gig calendar below.

MPV Sound MC Nestori is a long time reggea hero in Finland! He's a singer, singjay and a dj with a positive tone sometimes exploding to a straight yell. Nestori performs with two bands: The Suhinators and Fi-Reggae All Stars. He sings mostly conscious lyrics, but easily on any type a riddim. Studio Red released his "Vuorilla on maa" 7" with The Suhinators and Intergalaktik Sound released the UK roots style single" "Leave It To Jah" at 2007. He's also in Suhinators Album and in Ghetto Blaster Sound vol 1 kokoelmalla. You can listen to his tunes by clicking the Suhinators, Intergalaktik Sound or Studio Red logos at the best friends area.
Our selection is a mix of the latest culture and dancehall to groovy rocksteady and the hot hot digital 80..s dancehall. Also live versions and dubplates are always present at MPV sessions. oil. We have to overstand the depth of this situation. The modern city
life, which especially many westerners take for granted, is a fad.
After cheap oil is
done it’s all forward to the roots, to mother earth, to a natural way
of life.

I know PZed is an amazing singer but he never ceases to amaze me with his talent. I've heard this tune, Ease, a few times. He sung it live with just his guitar for me last march (see video below) , and he recorded it on a faster riddim for WaveStorm, but his new version with just his guitar again, is beyond awesome!!!! I mean, if I was on a desert island and had to hear one song for the rest of my days on earth, I would want it to be this song!!!! He does mention sensimillia and weed in it though, so not sure if it'll hit #1 in Jamaica, but the rest of the world should LOVE this song! I played it on my radio show today, pulled it up at least 3 times, and have listened to it 100 times since.
