About me: I am a science teacher / technology guy at Louisa Middle School in Louisa, KY. I'm not sure what I want to be when I grow up but I'm happy day by day and I guess when life is over that adds up to a happy life. I'm a Christian, a Christian Rock / Contemporary Christian nut and we go to every concert that we can make time for. I have played drums since high school (back when dinosaurs walked the Earth) and I have toured professionally with my wife's family, The Singing Hayes Family on the Southern Gospel Music circuit. If you're within 3 hours of Louisa at a Christian music show, look for me. We're probably there.
I am also obsessed with Walt Disney World. Our trips to WDW are some of the few times that I have ever actually relaxed in my life. A million things to do and no real structure on how you have to do them. Sleep twelve hours, ride twelve hours, eat twelve hours... whatever you want to do. We went on a DISNEY Cruise this Fall for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Seven days in the Caribbean... heavenly! Going back to WDW, July 2009... WOO HOO!
Who I'd like to meet: Number one, I want to meet Jesus. I really do. I want to ask him one favor, to let me know how all this mess on Earth fits together. I'm not fatalistic but I know there is a method and plan behind all this madness and I would love to know how it all works out.
Number two, I want to see my Dad again. He died when I was twenty-one, twenty-seven years ago. There have been so many times that I would have loved to have the conversations with him as an adult that we had just started to have when he had to move on.
