What happens when you are first generation Indian born in West London growing up to the sounds of punk, reggae, bollywood and rock n roll?

You get this bastard sound in your head. That’s what happens…

This is the sound of Mr Bops

In the beginning there was a £5 acoustic guitar haggled from the Car Boot Sale in Hounslow West. This eventually became a pack of cards.

In the middle there was the soft sounds of Sitars accompanied by the drone of India in the background. all washed down with a heavy dose of Janes Addiction, Tom Waits and Lee Scratch Perry.
