Carlton Mosley, better known as "Cool C the Hair Mayor" is definitely a hair extraordinaire. Born in Ecorse, MI, Cool C overcame many obstacles. At a very young age this genius was exposed to many of life's challenges, but through his determination and faith in God he has risen above all odds. In 1993, the "Mayor of Hair" graduated from Virginia Farrell beauty school and soon realized he had a natural flair for hair. By 1994, Carlton Mosley had developed the name "Cool C the Ice Man", averaging 30-40 hairstyles a day sometimes working non-stop well into the next morning. He competed in numerous hair shows and earned many great awards, propelling him to the heights of popularity.
The Hype World C.E.O. Mr. Cool C is doing it big. The King of the Battles; over 100,000 people have attended his hair shows within the last 4 and a half years. Cool C's passion for excellence and hunger for a better avenue to promote the hair industry drove him to form Below Zero Media Group, LLC which publishes the world's greatest hair magazine, Below Zero. Cool C also developed the Ice Products hair care line and formed Ice Box Studios and Ice Model Management. Cool C is still hard at work producing and promoting new, fresh, and innovative ideas daily.
