What can exist in this pestilence? We enoy all the excess and scraps that find us here. Any moment that we can disable the wider social nexus; we can go loud; we can sing out of key; we can love the terrible. These are the important virtues needed today; down with the pristine! Down with the clean and champion the dirst. But whence has the dirt become clean?

We are Mr Cricket, we are pleased to meet you. Take a seat over there and we will get you a dose of highvoltage calamity...... then we might play some music. We have checked the figures and stocks are up for this week, this is a good thing, but not if you are the ones crushed by the stock's unbearable weight! If we have any reason to speak today it is in inaudible slurs crushed by the the 'comfy' lifestyle, we have beg no reason but reason begs us.
Can music represent anything? Can it represent non-plus-ness? We try to say nothing but have all the winks and good charm of the castle jester to question otherwise.
Hello boys. You played in Stourbridge the other night, nice! How was it? We've got a new song up called Innocent X, give it a listen when you get a minute. Helen xx
Hi Mr Cricket, thanks for continuing to be a friend of Electroflex.
Some important news!
Electroflex have been back in the studio following a break from gigging and recording with new track ‘Computer Virus’.
This is the first of a series of new releases for 2009, and what better day to start on than Liz’s Birthday!
‘Computer Virus’ is a live favourite. Anyone forced to work with computers will know how evil they are and this track is Electroflex’s response to Kraftwerk’s ‘Its More Fun to Compute’. It is a bouncy number with a serious bassline, sing-along chorus and a selection of curious samples.
The track will only be up on Myspace in full for a short time. Alternatively, visit our Facebook and iLike pages where you can add the song to you playlists
This Friday night at GateCrasher nightclub on Broad Street in Birmingham, Nerve Centre will be playing on the roof. This makes us the same as The Beatles and U2. The exact same! This will be a the first time that GateCrasher has had any live music.
Nerve Centre have previously supported John Power (Cast/The La's), sold out a headlining show at Birmingham's prestigious O2 Academy 3 (formerly Bar Academy), and have received praise from Ryan Wilson of The Pigeon Detectives.
