I'm married, to the gloriously sexy Xochitl who's a massive inspiration in my life.
I got into partying at an early age & knew this would be my field of work. I started MCing & rapping when I was 16 & soon after started working with Jasper the vinyl junkie, Jazzy M & Ron Tom all on LWR pirate radio in London. Soon after this I became MC for Evil Eddie Richards & Colin Faver working as an MC on Kiss FM.
I made my first deep house tune in 1987 with Eddie Richards on his Baad imprint & then started spinning VINYL which is my true passion today along with my new found love of acting.
I started promoting underground house music parties in London in early 1988. these have included Fantasy (88), Base (89), Release (91), Harmony (92), The Drop (93), Vapourspace (94), Subterrain (95-2002), Superfreq (2002-present).
I DJ'd weekly on Kiss FM, London from 1994 to 2002.

I'm primarily a DJ/producer/promoter/actor/bullshitter.
I became a pop star with The Shamen in 1991.
I won the Ivor Novelo "Songwriter's of the year" with The Shamen in 1992 & started Plink Plonk records in the same year.
I've also recorded under the names Myster-E (with Eddie Richards), Nu Jacks (with Femi B), The Shamen (with Colin Angus), Somnambulist (with Paul RIP), Mantrac, Animus Amor (with JY), Killer Loop (with Layo), Mr.C & Tom Parris & I now record Solo as Mr.C or with my production partner Adultnapper as the Sycophant Slag's.
I opened The End Club & End Recordings in London with partners Layo & Douglas Paskin in 1995. The End sadly closed it's doors for good on January 24th 2009, it's been an amazing 13 year ride than one could never have even dreamed of & the closing party was like nothing I've ever experienced in 30 years of clubbing, AMAZING! With every End there will be a new beginning. Om. I launched Superfreq Records with partner Luke VB in 2005.
Superfreq parties have been jumping for 7 years now & we've just had our closing party at The End / AKA on November 30th 2008 (www.endclub.com) but Superfreq is returning to a brand new Space in London Bridge called Cable in Bermondsey Street. These new monthly events will be the 2nd Saturday of each month starting June 13th 2009 with the best line ups imaginable. Superfreq however kicks of it's Saturday night events with Superfreq Especial at Paramount, Centre Point on May 9th & will do these Especial events in addition to the Cable events 2 or 3 time per year. Next, Superfreq will be doing Sunday events at members club Century in Shaftesbury Avenue, the 2nd Sunday of each month to wind down from the Cable events. On the 3rd Saturday of every 2nd month, Superfreq hosts Junk Club, Southampton (www.junkclub.com) which is now in it's 2nd year at this excellent club. Superfreq also does small free parties bimonthly in Calais, France. In North America, Superfreq does parties with MADE Event in New York, check www.madeevent.com Superfreq also does regular events at Avaland in LA & looks to expand across North America from Autumn 2009. Superfreq has had 5 fantastic seasons in Ibiza, 3 at Underground & 2 seasons at DC10 but took a break from Ibiza in 2008. In 2009 Superfreq moves into it's new Ibiza home, BoHo (formally Extasis, San Antonio) every Thursday from June 11th until Octover 1st.

I've been studying "Spiritual Psychology in the Art of Acting" for over 5 years now which has opened up many doors in my personal life as well as improving all aspects of my artistic life. Observing the objectives to purposes rocks. I did my debut run on stage in Portobello Panto's "A Twisted Carol" in December 2007 & have landed a great part in a movie which I'll tell you more about when the time's right. (•;
I love Chelsea.... back to back Champions 2005 & 2006... The Mancs have deservedly won it for the last 2 seasons even though we pushed them to the wire last season & it was fantastic to get to the Champions league final only to get done by the Mancs on penalties. Should've been a Chelsea win! Now we've got "Big Phil" as coach the league could be coming home next season? Lets 'av it!
