Mr. D’s Band is a dream of which finally came through 4 months ago after a memorable evening at Botch, brother-in-law of Mr. D, jamming in his solarium.

Until now there are 4 members:

Mr. D

(Acoustic Guitar, 12 strings acoustics, electric guitar and electric bass)

47 years old divorced father of 3 sons. He is passionate by creation in all its forms. He is the cement of the building, the adhesive for the puzzle, the engineer of the project, The Maestro. Some peoples call him “The wacky Professor”.

Laz

(Lead Signer)

24 years and single, he is the father of a pretty little girl; he is “the melody maker” of the band, a mixture between Jim Morrison and Jim Carry. He is also a highly skilled drummer although he is not yet on our house recordings with its drums.

Botch

(Back Vocal)

Grandfather at 45 years :o); It’s by him that everything finally started. He is, without doubt the most imposing member of the band, he is a choral by himself. He found a new passion by singing its texts. He is our magician whit words…

Shmeu

(Lead Guitar and any other instrument which ever existed)

Nobody really knows how old he is, that depends on the days :o)

Single and full time father of 2 young girls,

He is talent at its pure state, a virtuoso in many aspect of the fantastic world of artistic creation.

Although “Mr. D’s Band” is yet only a garage band from Chateauguay-North, it has solid material in preparation for a studio session. Each member of the band has the firm intension to invest in that trip.

What will follow from there will be of creaming on the cake, the cherry on the sundae.

While waiting for that to happen, everything you’ll hear here was recorded track by track in Mr. D’s small living room and Botch’s solarium. Then mixed and mastered by Mr. D, back in his living room studio!

Mr. D’s Band est né du rêve de Mr. D qui a finalement vu le jour il y 4 mois après une soirée de jam mémorable chez Botch le beau-frère de Mr. D.

Il est jusqu’à maintenant composé de 4 membres:

Mr. D

(Guitare acoustique, 12 cordes acoustiques, guitare électrique, basse électrique)

47 ans père célibataire à plein temps de 3 garçons. Il est un passionné de la création sous toutes ses formes. Il est le ciment du bâtiment, la colle du casse-tête, l’ingénieur de projet, le Maestro. Certain l’appel « Le Professeur Fou ».

Laz

(Lead Vocal)

24 ans célibataire, père d’une jolie petite fille, c’est le « « mélodie maker » du band, un mélange entre Jim Morrison et Jim Carry. Il est aussi un batteur émérite bien qu’il ne soit pas encore sur nos enregistrements maison avec sa batterie.

Botch

(Back Vocal)

Grand-père à 45 ans, :o) C’est par lui que tout s’est concrétiser. Il est sans conteste le plus imposant du band, il est une chorale à lui seul. Il a trouvé une nouvelle passion en chantant ses textes. Il est notre magicien des mots…

Le Shmeu

(Lead Guitar et tout autre instrument qui existe)

On ne sait pas trop quel âge il a, ça dépend des jours :o)

Père célibataire à plein temps de 2 jolies petites filles, il est le talent à l’état pur, un virtuose dans le fantastique monde de la création artistique.

Bien que « Mr. D’s Band » ne soit encore qu’un band de garage de Chateauguay-Nord, il se concentre à préparer du matériel solide en prévision d’une session en studio. Chaque membre du groupe a la ferme intension de se payer ce « TRIP » là. Tous ce qui en suivra sera de le crémage sur le gâteau, la cerise sur le sundae.

En attendant, tous ce que vous entendez ici a été enregistré piste par piste dans le petit salon de Mr. D et le solarium de Botch. Ensuite mixer et « masteriser » par Mr. D, chez lui, dans son studio salon!
