Mr Fixit was formed on a Tuesday night, in a dank pit (a semi-detached dank pit) sometime in the mid nineties, an actual date cannot be given as medication induced memory loss has since inflicted all members of this band.
2007 sees the long awaited return of these infamous characters from the Tamworth music scene. Ok, perhaps parents no longer need to fear for the welfare of their precious daughters, but hey, there’s still grandmas out there, that must not be overlooked.
This year sees, not only some of their timeless classics reborn to the masses, but perhaps, just perhaps, some new material may be created from their life experiences since they last put their writing heads together.
The hair may have gone south, nasal/ear/belly button/elbow hair more than making up for that, but these Tamworth cock rockers have lost none of their attitude (poor at best of times), drive (all having regained their licences) and sexual predatory nature.
Their music born from their experiences in various strip bars in Vancouver, Houston, Texas reflects their attitude to life, alcohol, sex and their inevitable death (through excess of one or more of these - they hope).
Can you REALLY live with yourself, knowing you missed these misfits attempting the possible?
