I just recently received my MFA in Acting with a Directing Concentration at Regent University. It's an amazing school with amazing professors and students! It is the place to learn not only acting techniques but also to better learn how to be a Christian artist in the world without limiting yourself to church dramas and bible stories. After finishing classes, I moved up to New York City to pursue acting.
Aside from acting and directing, I like to channel my creativity into songwriting and making cartoons. I'm working on building a website of cartoons at MrJotz.com. Perhaps something will be viewable by the end of this year!
I'm also on the talent roster at Studio Center, one of the most (if not THE most) respected voice-over studios in the US. They've got 18 different locations, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Memphis, and (conveniently) Virginia Beach.
God has blessed me in more ways than I can count and continues to guide me and shape me into the man he wants me to be. Without Him, I am nothing.
CURRENT NEWS:
I've just been given the part of Mr. Howell in a non-union national tour of Gilligan's Island: The Musical, which starts rehearsals in February and touring in March, and I'm starting to work on some cartoons in which I'm doing everything: writing, voicing, animating, etc.
