Hello... played a show last night...the flapper in birmingham with Gallows/Haunts 'sss'sss new venture - Spycatcher...
despite being the night Xfactor climaxed the audience were bloody nice and actually were really up for it...Birmingham's scene dropped a bit this year but i think more people should be at this venue...one of best sounds we've had this year and if you were there cheers....

I sometimes buy The Sun for the football coverage, and for the TV guide and football supplement on a Saturday. I like to hear transfer speculation, whether it's true or not. I don't think it's a viable fiction market for me, though.
However there is one writer, Jane Moore, who spent 'a few years at university' and thinks she has the world bang to rights. Her page is strewn with cynicism and at times - justified scorn for people or services that have done the world wrong during the course of the last week or so. She is characterised by her stubborness and acerbic wit, and her scorn for anyone who challenges her opinion on subjects. But I love stroppy women. Really, I do.
Most men follow them like servile idiots, buit them can only amuse them for so long. I think they like to be challenged. I don't have a disdain for drugs. Far from it! There was a time I wouldn't go a weekend without them! Nah, I was just illustrating the fact that John Lennon and Yoko Ono were fucking nutbags anyway, and their collective heroin abuse only served to compound the problem. It annoys me when people take everything they said as being totally profound, when it really wasn't. Most of their talk was pure paranoid fantasy.
