"Mr. No-Shame" was created in the Hamptons in January 2008. Seven musicians of five different nationalities, joined by music, got together to begin the production of their first ten original songs. The nine members include: Carol on vocals and guitar, Fabian on lead guitar, Alan on keyboards, Aquiles Sr. & Aquiles Jr. on percussion, Willy on bass, Jorge on drums, Hamilton on Sound Assessment, and, of course, "Mr. No-Shame" is a fictional character based upon real people. Together they bring ecletic and original sounds to the zone, mixing rock/pop with diverse latin rhythms, funk and a bit of jazz. Most of the lyrics include social criticism, personal life and love experiences, and are performed in both English and Spanish.
The band has performed all over the Hamptons, including the Spring Festival in Springs, the Saborea Night Club in East Hampton, Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett, and The Beach Hut in Hampton Bays, to name a few.
"Mr. No-Shame" invites you to not only enjoy their music, but to also analyze the experiences and stories behind the name of the band.
El proyecto Mr. No-Shame nace en los Hamptons, NY durante Enero del 2008. Siete músicos de cinco nacionales distintas, unidos por la música, comienzan a trabajar en su primera producción de 10 canciones originales.
Sus nueve integrantes (Carol: Voz y Guitara Acústica, Fabian: Guitarra Eléctrica, Aquiles Junior y Don Aquiles: Percusión, Alan: Teclados, Willy: Bajo, Jorge: Batería, Hamilton: Sonido y Representante, y Mr. No-Shame: Personaje Ficticio basado en la vida real) traen a los Hamptons un sonido ecléctico y original, mezclando el Rock/Pop con diversos ritmos latinos, funk y algo de jazz. La mayoría de los contenidos de los textos están compuestos desde la crítica social hasta experiencias personales de vida y del amor, cantadas en español y en ingles.
La banda a entregado su música en varios lugares de la zona, realizando conciertos en el Spring Festival en Springs, Saborea Nightclub en Easthampton, Indian Wells Beach en Amagansett, the Beach Hut en Hampton Bays, entre otros.
