One main musical influence has been my cousin Cisco Ferreira, also known as The Advent who has been making music since he was sixteen and is well known in the techno scene. Watching Cisco at work both performing and creating beats has been a big inspiration and added to my desire to make music. Coming from a musically inclined family in the performance sector also instilled the importance of music as a creative outlet and a higher state of communication. I Like all good house music, techno, electro, and Old School House and Garage!!! Anything with a good beat i like!! But keep it underground!!

Mr P (Hugo Paixao) was born in Lisbon in 1981 and moved to London at the age of 5. He was always into music from a young age and was heavily influenced by his grandfather who played the acordian for a local band in Madeira. As soon as he was old enough, he began buying all the old classics and started mixing house, house and garage and a bit of jungle. At the age of sixteen he did two weeks work experience with cisco (the advent) and realised what he wanted to achieve in life, which led him to study sound engineering and music technology at City of Westminster College, Paddington, making him proficient in music programmes such as fruity loops, cu-base, albeton live and logic. After leaving college Mr P has juggled making music with a full time job to make ends meet, whilst dedicating his spare time to his passion, music. Being a lover of all things musical, Mr P tends not to produce one type of sound for one particular genre but instead makes whatever feels right to him... At the moment Mr P is focusing more on techno and electro tracks so watch this space. Mr P has recently been djing at bars and clubs in the uk (Bar 61, Inigo, Club 333, Beduin Bar, Voodoo and many more) playing house, electro and minimal techno. Man im trying to get there with my album "Brew City" in 2 to 3 months tops..I want a record deal overseas.I dont want to sign here.Its more better over there where your at for me.Change is good and i want to change my location and vibe. Like i was saying i dont know anyone so im just trying to get in where i fit in.Maybe ill meet some good ppl that would take me in for a few months or something.Ive been reading on hostiles out in the U.K.
I realized they are nothing like the ones in Japan hahahaha. But i know once i touch down out there im going to go hard on the hip hop scene..Ill spread a hell of a buzz really quick through out the U.K.
